Services Gauvin Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Technical coordinator to join our dynamic team located at 1010 Industrielle Street, St-Agapit (QC), G0S 1Z0.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and schedule service calls
Plan deliveries
Assess maintenance or repair needs for vehicles/machinery
Prepare estimates and explain recommended work
Schedule appointments and ensure follow-ups
Communicate effectively with the team and customers
Provide courteous and professional customer service
Manage warranties and invoicing
Plan inventory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar role (strong asset)
Knowledge of industrial mechanics or a related field
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files at once
Proficiency in spoken and written French
Good understanding of spoken and written English
Knowledge of management software (e.g., garage software) is an asset
Customer service and teamwork oriented

Job Description
Services Gauvin Inc. is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and versatile Industrial Mechanic / Service Technician to join our team. The role involves on-site visits at our clients’ facilities to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment. A foundation in electromechanics and welding is required.
Main Responsibilities
Review job details before each departure.
Ensure all required tools, equipment, and materials are loaded in the service truck.
Carry out work in accordance with issued work orders.
Perform welding and electromechanical tasks as needed.
Clearly and accurately document each service call on the Servex work order.
Notify the client once the work is completed and obtain a signature on the timesheet.
Desired Profile
Diploma (DEP) in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
Solid foundation in electromechanics and welding.
Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

This part-time role is ideal for someone available on weeknights or weekends. We’re looking for a meticulous, resourceful painter to join our dynamic team.
Main Tasks
Wash and acid-rinse containers.
Paint containers according to contract requirements and the technical data sheet.
Seal joints to ensure container watertightness.
Install lids.
Move containers around the yard and place them in designated areas.
Manage paint inventory.
Maintain painting equipment and clean the paint room.
Requirements
Experience in industrial painting (an asset).
Ability to work independently.
Good physical condition.
Strong sense of organization and cleanliness.

Services Gauvin Inc. is seeking a rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented Welder to work in-shop fabricating steel containers. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, assemble parts, and perform strong, compliant welds that meet company quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare parts for welding (measuring, grinding, alignment).
Assemble container components (sides, base, doors, lids).
Perform welding on steel (primarily MIG).
Inspect weld quality and correct defects as needed.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Desired Profile
DEP in Welding and Fitting (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with the MIG welding process.
Experience fabricating metal structures or containers (asset).
Good physical condition and adherence to health & safety rules.
